Acara puncak Paranoia Awards 2012 berlangsung dengan sukses pada hari Minggu, 23 Desember 2012 di Privé – fX Lifestyle X’nter F8.
Awarding Ceremony diadakan pada pukul 19.00 – 23.00 WIB. Paranoia Awards 2012 ini dimeriahkan oleh DJ Kimm (Pemenang Rookie of the Year Paranoia Awards 2010 dan juga sebagai Resident DJ dari Privé ), DJ BONE (Pemenang DJ of The Year Paranoia Awards 2009) & DJ SIX (Rookie of The Year Nominee 2010 & 2011) pada after party.
Selain MC Drwe & MC Cherryl, Paranoia Awards 2012 juga dihadiri oleh Pierre F Newmaster, Hilyani Hidranto, Rahma Azhari, Alex Abbad, Mario Irwinsyah, Yacko, Sissy Priscilla, Alexandra Asmasoebrata serta Hard Rock FM Broadcasters.
Paranoia Awards 2012 memberikan perhargaan untuk 18 (delapan belas) pemenang yang berhasil mendukung industri musik dance di Indonesia. List pemenang Paranoia Awards 2012:
